This form will allow you to request Custom Design Services from Bio-Services. Mail, Fax or E-Mail your plans, along with the appropriate Design Fee to the following address, or you may also submit the form with attachments for a complete online design experience. PDF document format works the best, but if you have questions about how to do it please contact . Turn-around-time for plans are about 7 to 10 days for most projects. Some unusual designs may take just a little bit longer. If time is of the essence we can expedite the process or if you would like you can simply download the Free Software and do it yourself.
