This is an actual project that features a high efficiency Dunkirk Boiler, Kitec Radiant Floor heating system and zoned hydronic air handlers with DX coils for cooling. The system is controlled with a computer control interface and home automation system. This system could have used an indirect fired water heater but instead used a standard John Wood gas fired water heater.
